Move 4 U

1. Services

Move 4 U provides residential and commercial moving services, including but not limited to local and long-distance moves, packing and unpacking, storage coordination, scheduling, customer notifications, website booking tools, and related customer communications.

2. SMS Communications & Opt-In

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Move 4 U, you agree to the following terms. SMS messages may include:

Appointment reminders and booking confirmations

Service updates (including arrival notifications and scheduling changes)

Follow-up communications related to your move

Promotional offers and marketing messages (with consent)

Account and service notifications

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. SMS Opt-Out (Cancellation)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (365) 655-0849. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume messaging.

4. Help

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, Rogers, Bell, Telus) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

7. Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

8. Age Restriction

Our SMS services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

9. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate contact information, timely responses, and access to locations or details necessary to complete scheduled moving services.

10. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or booking confirmations. All fees are due as specified at the time of booking.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and digital assets owned by Move 4 U remain the property of Move 4 U unless otherwise stated in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

Move 4 U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, to the extent permitted by law.
